HISTORY OF INNERWEALTH

Around thirty years ago I was on a flight from Sydney to Melbourne and from my isle seat looked across to see, seated across the isle someone I’d done business with. We started a really great conversation and he shared how much money he’d made over the past years since we’d met. This lasted around the same time as the flight took. As we taxi’d to the arrivals he asked me what I’d been doing in all those years and I explained the short version of a rather personal quest, travelling through Australia and overseas to Nepal, Tibet, India, Bhutan, Indonesia, USA, Canada and Japan studying human nature, in particular my own. His reaction was, “ahh while I built outer wealth you focussed on innerwealth. He exclaimed how he wished he’d done the same as me. And I felt it. With that, the name Innerwealth stuck.

30 Books later and over 300,000 individuals taken into the depths nature to explore the universal laws of nature, we arrive at today, sharing inspirational insights, conscious leadership, changing the world one heart at a time…

Putting the Heart and Soul Back into Work and Life

TOTAL HUMAN AWARENESS

We often compartmentalise our career and our relationship and believe that they are, in some ways disconnected. We might even disconnect spiritual awareness from work or mental health. This brings a fragmented approach to life and causes untold and ever increasing challenge. But they are like a fabric, joined together and woven into an inseparable web. Any dream, vision, goal setting process that is not holistic, will cause disruption and discomfort. Most personal development avoids this view because often personal development teachers and guru’s are not qualified in more than one area of life. The person with a hammer thinks the hammer is always a solution and the one with a saw thinks they can fix it with a saw. Holistic means total. Seven areas of life must be considered in a solution to any personal challenge. I am qualified in all seven areas of life. Hence, total human awareness, rare as it might be, is available and once you try walker the talker, you never go back to coaching by a stalker….

VISION INSPIRATION AND PURPOSE

The power of Innerwealth is in tapping what is already with us by delineating between EGO and Self. Your Vision, inspiration and purpose is the result.

You own it. It’s simple. It’s portable and it’s inside of you. It affects your productivity, your health, your happiness. It affects your relationship, your friendships, your children and your P&L at work. If you tap it, there’s no stopping you, if you don’t then it’s all just hard work and struggle. Your Vision, Inspiration and Purpose affects everything important and it is without doubt the single most important ingredient in determining the quality of your life, work life balance and the essential exchange in relationships. It’s not fluff, just try being without hope for a day and see how it feels and how many people want to invest in you. Nature thinking is simple. It’s Nature’s Laws presented so you can bring nature home and be in complete control of your dialogue with life.

THE UNIVERSAL LAWS OF NATURE…

SOLVE EVERY PROBLEM AT THE CAUSE NOT THE EFFECT

There are great masters such as Emerson, Plato and many Asian Masters (Lao Tzu) who are convinced that if mankind lived life according to the principles of nature, then we would be at peace with ourselves and with each other. It’s a philosophy not uncommon in the ways of the East but has yet to be fully grasped by the western world. We are hoping this modern way of presenting this ancient theme will resonate with you, irrespective of your cultural or religious background

YOU CAN’T GIVE WHAT YOU HAVEN’T GOT

GREAT LEADERSHIP STARTS WITH SELF

When you’ve had enough running around trying to change others you come home to realise that you change the world around you by changing yourself. This is the mastery of manifestation and nobody is going to treat you better than you treat yourself. Are you hard on yourself? Then others will be hard on you. Are you always pushing yourself? Then others will push you. There is no use being a victim. You get treated as you treat yourself and this comes from self talk that we can, over time, change. All human development arrives in the science of self-talk. You go in the direction of your dominant thought and most of those are sub-conscious. This is the greatest opportunity you have to change your life, your success, your happiness and those you love. Change the way you treat yourself. It’s not selfish. The most narcissistic thing we can do is to try to change others. The most altruistic thing we can do is to change ourselves.
