WHEN GOAL SETTING CAN GO WRONG AND HOW TO PREVENT IT.

All we hear is “success means goals” and “champions have clear goals” and “if you don’t set goals you are not serious” but that’s only half the truth. As always, the research shows there’s two sides to goal setting, positive and negative, and we need to deal with the negative side before our commitment to goal setting causes us more trouble than it’s worth.
